    About the Artist:
My style is relaxed. For children, I want you to look at a picture from one of our sessions and remember all the stages of their uniqueness, even when they are too big for you to choose their outfits, comb the "rat's nests" out of their hair (complete with princess rats, mommy rats, and daddy rats, according to my daughters), or let you chauffeur them around town because, amazingly, they can drive themselves. For new mothers and couples getting married, I want you to remember that expectant happiness, that knowledge that you're entering a new stage of your life, and you can't wait.

I look forward to meeting you and capturing memories with you.

Baby Blue | Saint Augustine child photographer

The grandmother of this baby boy hired me to take portraits as a surprise gift for her daughter and son-in-law. When I arrived, little C had just woken up from a nap and I could see right away he is an adorable and good-natured little baby. The plan had been to do some indoor portraits, but we ended up keeping almost all of the portraits indoors because it was a particularly dreary and cold day outside. The home was so lovely and inviting (and festive for the holidays!) that it was easy to find many perfect nooks for portraits.

Look at those gorgeous baby blues.

This beautiful antique chair has been in the family a long time and has special meaning for them.

Their home overlooked the ocean, so even though it was very gray outside, we had to at least venture out for a few beach portraits before all the light was gone (and I was able to coax out some pretty colors during editing:)).

Two and Three | Saint Augustine children photographer

I met these adorable boys, just two and three years old, in Saint Augustine for their portraits. Saint Augustine has so many nooks to choose from for an urban session. I loved the hats their mom brought, and I enjoyed exploring the area with them.

It’s easy to tell A and E have fun together as brothers.

He’s already quite the little man.

Look at those heartbreaker eyes in training.

Two years | Saint Augustine child photographer

Little M is curious about his world and was excited to explore the park. This little boy is two years old and full of fun energy!

Look at that cute smile! This picture was taken in a quick second before he was off and exploring some more.

This is what being two is all about… life in motion.

B family | Jacksonville children photographer

This fun family has six children, and they are all as sweet as can be. You can tell by their smiles how full of happiness they are, and little K joins a loving family. B family, congrats again on your newest baby!

First, look at this beautiful newborn. I love her little curls in the sunlight.

J is a princess doing a curtsy.

The champion…

The next to youngest, little J, was so content in the basket, she could have stayed there all evening!

Photographer & Detective | Saint Augustine child photographer

It’s been a while since I took my own children out for a session, so we headed out to a little spot in between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, dog in tow. My younger daughter has had a special love of our beagle since her infancy, and has been known to engage our poor beagle in many games. My older child has been reading a rabbit detective series and was excited to put on a Sherlock Holmes cap and wield a magnifying glass. I hope these make you smile. First meet the characters.
