I took my girls out to the beach for a photo session and thought I’d share a few of my favorites. At first, my girls were fighting over their tea party (being an only child myself, it’s always amazing to me how they can go from fighting with each other one minute to being so sweet and affectionate with each other the next!), but then they started enjoying themselves, especially when we put their chairs in the water. Shortly after the ocean picture, they started playing in the water and got completely soaked, so they were even happier!

A friend of mine has given me several pretty scarves, and they’ve made their way into pictures with newborns. Everything is a potential prop, ha ha!
