My younger daughter loved playing with her wand on our little photo session in the neighborhood while her sister was at preschool. Two-year-olds make wonderful fairies! A neighbor even stopped her car to say hello and tell us she had her own fairy princess in the back seat. We didn’t stay out too long, though, because it was soooo hot! It’s definitely not fall temperatures yet here in Jacksonville.

oh.my.goodness. Little E is so cute, and I had such a fun time with her. Her family is from Texas and will be moving back there in a year, so her parents brought along some boots and and a cowboy hat. She makes a great cow girl! And, of course, I wanted to bring my pink chair out for this little princess. Her mom also brought a giant cupcake for the session finale. P family, enjoy your sneak peek!
One of the ironies of being a photographer is that you sometimes take less pictures of your own children. Yes, it’s happened to me, and I’d like to change that!
First up is Emma, the doll privileged with an avant garde makeover and hair cut (better the doll than the child!).
Next, is the laundry basket and the magic of towels.
And a little “vogue” in front of the window.
The M sisters are lovely and have such a sense of playfulness and wonder. The light was magical at the beach, and I’ve discovered that I personally love sea oats as much as I love the ocean. M family, enjoy your sneak peek!
This is one of my favorites from the session because it looks like little M is sprinkling some fairy dust…
E is such a fun little boy. He’s full of life and curious about the world! Maybe this little boy is a future pilot… W family, enjoy your sneak peek!
