I met this family at a Jacksonville park at sunset, and we enjoyed such pretty, golden light. These two brothers are as sweet as they are adorable. The family is growing, so the session was also a moment for maternity portraits to capture this special time in their lives.
I met this family at a Jacksonville park, one I hadn’t been to before. With oak trees dripping in Spanish moss and a vintage well, the little park has so much charm. It was perfect for their portraits. Quick to warm up and show their personalities, the children were ready for climbing trees and having fun.
This family was referred to me by a client who’s come to me for many years. It’s always a special honor when clients spread the word about me. 🙂
I’ve been taking annual portraits for these children for five years now, and they’re always so much fun! It’s been a pleasure to watch them grow over the years. These brothers really know how to make each other laugh. They did a mini session this year, and we went to a park in Saint Johns. One of the tree trunks there has so much character. At the end of the session, we snagged a few portraits on an old porch, which yielded my personal favorite. I always encourage children to choose some of their own poses, and their expressions on the porch are priceless.
This gorgeous baby girl is just five days old in these pictures. Although I no longer offer studio-style newborn photography, I occasionally do lifestyle newborn photography. For lifestyle photography, we make use of your home as a backdrop for a natural look that reflects this special time in your life. Weather permitting, we also do a few outdoor portraits.
