This family was visiting Florida and wanted beach portraits, but we were worried about the threat of rain. Fortunately, the weather cooperated, and we were able to get beautiful pictures for them to remember their stay.

This thoughtful man gave a portrait session as a gift to his girlfriend, and they chose Sawgrass as a meaningful setting for their pictures. It was a foggy day, which added a pretty haze at the beach. It’s easy to see the love between these two, and I had a great time exploring Sawgrass with them.
I met this warm family on a foggy day at the beach, the mother carrying a lovely, colorful umbrella that was perfect for a pop of color. Their two sons are so sweet.
This session was for the grandparents and grandchildren, and it was a gorgeous day at the beach. They are such a warm and easygoing family.
The children were ready to have fun and make each other laugh.

This little girl has such gorgeous curls, and she’s full of spirit and personality. She’s just two and a half years old and enjoyed running around exploring the beach with her mommy near.
I love how her curls are lit up in this picture and how graceful she looks:

She was on the run, but I caught a quick picture of her beautiful eyes.
When you’re a child, every shell and frill can hold a wonder.
When she got to be on her mommy’s back, she gave the biggest grin. There’s something to be said for being your little girl’s world.
